Applications must be submitted by a third party referee.

Funding criteria

Please do not include any personal data relating to the beneficiary (names or address).
Grant funding is available to individuals and families living in emergency or temporary accommodation where a grant will directly enrich wellbeing, or further opportunity.
Will only accept applications which support residents of emergency or temporary accommodation within a London Borough.
Please note applications must be submitted by an outreach/social/care worker or legal professional (the referee), on behalf of the beneficiary.
Grants will be paid to the referee and the referee is responsible for ensuring the funds are used in line with the approved purpose and beneficiary.
Please note all successful applicants will be required to complete a grant report post funding award.

Funding exclusions

The Foundation will not consider applications from:

Applications which support beneficiaries residing outside of a London borough.
Beneficiaries themselves. Applications must be submitted by a referee.
Grant funding is not offered on a repeat basis.

By submitting this application you are confirming authorisation to make this submission. You understand and agree to the following conditions should any grant be made. (Please note that as referee, if you leave the organisation or can no longer fulfil your responsibilities, or someone takes over responsibility for the grant on behalf of the referral organisation you must inform The Stef and Philips Foundation immediately). 1. We certify that the information contained in this application is correct. 2. If the information in the application changes in any way, we will inform The Stef and Philips Foundation immediately. 3. If successful we will not use the grant for any other purpose other than that specified on the award letter without first contacting The Stef and Philips Foundation to seek authorisation. 4. We will send a report to The Stef and Philips Foundation, outlining the grant’s impact and money spent, within three months of receiving the grant. 5. We will keep receipts and records of any payments made with this grant and will send copies of the receipts, along with a report to the Stef and Philips Foundation, at the end of the project. 6. We will highlight the support given by The Stef and Philips Foundation in all relevant publicity material which we will share with The Stef and Philips Foundation. 7. We agree for The Stef and Philips Foundation to use details about any award received by us for promotion purposes.
