If your organisation requires funding for a community project that will benefit individuals or families in temporary or emergency accommodation, apply for a grant of up to £2,000.

Funding criteria

Grant funding is available to organisations supporting individuals and families living in emergency or temporary accommodation.
Successful applicants will demonstrate how funding will enrich the lives and wellbeing or those supported, or offer opportunity to further and realise potential.
We will only accept applications which support residents of emergency or temporary accommodation within a London Borough.
Please note all successful applicants will be required to complete a grant report post funding award.

Funding exclusions

The Foundation will not consider applications from:

Organisations operating outside of the United Kingdom.
Organisations applying on another’s behalf – applicants must be legally independent.
Organisations with an income level* of over £1 million.
Organisations holding free/unrestricted reserves over 30% of their income level*.
Those seeking to fund political or religious activities.
Those seeking to fund activities or projects already complete at time of application.
Applications which support beneficiaries residing outside of a London borough.
Grant funding is not offered on a repeat basis.

(Please note that if you leave the organisation or can no longer fulfil your responsibilities, or someone takes over responsibility for the grant on behalf of the organisation you must inform The Stef and Philips Foundation immediately). 1. We certify that the information contained in this application is correct. 2. If the information in the application changes in any way, we will inform the Stef and Philips Foundation immediately. 3. If successful we will not use the grant for any other purpose other than that specified on the award letter without first contacting The Stef and Philips Foundation to seek authorisation. 4. We will send a report to the Stef and Philips Foundation, outlining progress made on the project and money spent, within six months of receiving the grant. 5. We will keep receipts and records of any payments made with this grant and will send copies of the receipts, along with a report to the Stef and Philips Foundation, at the end of the project. 6. We will highlight the support given by The Stef and Philips Foundation in all relevant publicity material which we will share with The Stef and Philips Foundation. 7. We agree for The Stef and Philips Foundation to use details about any award received by us for promotion purposes.
