Hot meals for the families: Give Youth a Break

We’re excited to introduce you to Give Youth a Break, another recipient of our latest project grant!!! 💙

Give Youth a Break are a social inclusion and welfare charity offering educational and recreational activities for disadvantaged youth across North London via after school clubs. They wished to accompany their programmes with the provision of hot meals for children and young people residing in temporary and emergency accommodation. 🍴🍝🍲

We believe that every young person deserves access to a hot, nutritious meal every day. We hope that with the help of our grant, Give Youth a Break can continue their work in ensuring that no child in their area goes hungry.

Congratulations! ✨✨

Upon being awarded the grant, Give Youth a Break said:

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Stef & Philips Foundation for their invaluable support and this additional funding which will help families in the local community living in temporary or emergency accommodation. Many of those we support don’t have the opportunity to share mealtimes with their children – with this grant, families will be able to enjoy a hot meal together.
