Project Grant: The Outside Project LGBTIQ+ Centre 💌

The Outside Project supports those within the LGBTIQ+ community who feel endangered, are homeless and feel that they are on the outside of services due to historical and present prejudice in society in society and in their homes. Their services include a crisis shelter, an LGBTIQ+ Centre, housing advice and advocacy services, outreach programme, and domestic abuse refuge.

Our grant will fund the purchase of essential items for at least 10 beneficiaries in temporary accommodation, who have no other means to support themselves. The items will include personal care products, bedding, kitchenware, small electrical items and other essentials. Staff members will identify the beneficiaries, support them to choose and purchase their items, and have them delivered to their accommodation.
