Individual Grant: Gift Support Network

Gift Support Network is an organisation committed to supporting those most in need, from asylum seekers and single mothers to the disabled and socially excluded. Their aim is to alleviate social exclusion and financial hardship through grants, goods, and services.

Our grant has funded the purchase of personal hygiene items for a young woman, who was forced into temporary accommodation after their foster placement broke down.

Gift Support Network shared:

“A. entered care system in 2022 as she has a very difficult relationship with their parents. She was assessed to be at high risk of exploitation. She is on the autistic spectrum.”
