Individual Grant: Home-Start πŸ’Œ

Home-Start was founded in 1999 to support families who were experiencing difficulties, including isolation, depression, relationship breakdown, and parents of children with disabilities and special needs.

Our grant has supported a single mother and her son in purchasing furnishing for the self-contained temporary accommodation that they have been recently placed into. The items include bedding sets, microwave and washing machine.

Home-Start shared:

“This grant would help the family rebuild their lives in a safe and comfortable place. It would help the mum to enrich her son’s development.”
