The lives we’ve touched: Our Impact Report 2025 πŸ’Œ

As the year comes to an end, we’re excited to share the impact we’ve made in 2025.

This past year, we’ve supported people facing circumstances no one should ever have to navigate. Many reached us overwhelmed, worried and often entirely on their own. The demand for support continues to rise, reflecting the reality across London. Homelessness is escalating to record levels due to the cost of living crisis, soaring rents and the lack of affordable housing.

Since opening our funding round in February, we’ve been inundated with applications, showing just how widespread the need is. In 2025 alone, we awarded 10 Project Grants and 94 Individual Grants across 23 London boroughs.

Through our Project Grant Programme, we delivered crisis funds for women fleeing domestic abuse, single parents in temporary accommodation and members of the LGBTQ+ community, housed in shelters. We also funded a mentorship programme for individuals facing long-term homelessness, wellbeing support for those in emergency housing, guidance for refugees in precarious living situations and hot meal provision for families experiencing food insecurity.

Our Individual Grants supported people affected by homelessness alongside multiple vulnerabilities, including those living with disabilities and mental health problems, refugees, single parents, young people leaving care and survivors of modern slavery.

Our focus remains on urgent, critical needs – improving wellbeing, safety, and dignity in immediate, tangible ways. Often, the smallest acts of support are the ones that offer comfort, reassurance, and hope.

None of this would be possible without your valued contributions and support. Your generosity is having a direct impact on people’s lives, and we cannot thank you enough.
