Project Grant: Hot Line Meals Service

Hot Line Meals Service (HLMS) in Hackney supports vulnerable individuals and families, including those living in emergency or temporary accommodation, by delivering daily hot and nutritious meals. Many of the people they reach are unable to cook or access food due to homelessness, health issues, disability, or poverty. Their team of 200 trained volunteers prepare, package, and deliver meals with sensitivity and care, tailoring support to the unique needs of families in temporary accommodation.

Our grant will help HLMS provide 50 meals a day across 5 days, ensuring people experiencing long-term homelessness have access to regular, nutritious food and support for their wellbeing.
